'Y Alderman Appleby, introduced an Ordinance entitled, An Qrdinance•Levying Assess= ments on the several Blocks, Lots and Parcels of Real Property in Test Mountain Street Improvement District No. One, of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for the cost of the Improvement propose for said District, and assessing unon the real property within the limits of said District the amount of said cost, " and on motion said Ordinance wa.s read the first time; thereupon it was moved by Alderman Appleby that the rules be suspended and said Ordinance be read the second time) which raotion was seconded by Alderman Jobe, and said raotion being put to the Council was adopted , by the following vote, " Yeas H Ald. Appleby, Jobe, Sour, Suttle and Sedwick, " Nays " None Absent and not voting Ald.
