The deed from Mrs. Josephine A.Davenport to the City of Fayetteville, conveying six
feet of ground on North side of Spring Street, was presented, read and accented. The North
Arkansas Telephone Co., conveying a five foot strip of ground on the North side of the Fire
'.House, together with a half interest in the -wall_ -of --the. new Telephone Bhdlding for the_con-
sideration of $ 550.00 was_presented, read and accepted and the Clerk_ instructed to_draw a _
'I warrant for said amount of $550.00 ,out of the Fire Fund, in payment for same and also to
file the deed for record. The accounts of Pollard & Pettigrew, and Police Judge were read and
referred to the Auditing Committee.
