us. I have carefully considered every thing that has been af.fored an�Tathe�subject-and_reached
the conclusion that Clea rj( Creek offers the only quick and sure solution-for.this most import-
ant question and would recommend that you adopt at this meeting a_R_esolution endorseina Clear _
Creek and take steps at once to perfect and carry into effect some plan_ _

City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and be if further resolved that -_a Finance Cormaittee be appointed --
to estimate the

adopted. The Mayor then appointed the following Committee to investigate and report the_estimat
cost of procuring water from Clear Creek, towit Aldermen Sedwick, Sour and Phillips.
