On motion of Alderman Suttle, Alderman Jobe was elected President pro tem.
Minutes of meeting held Oct. 14, 1909 were read and approved, several accounts against
the City were read and referred to the Auditing Committee,
Alderman Suttle from the Finance Committee reports back the reports of Chief of Police,
for the month of September showing the amounts received from all sources by said Chief for said
month to be , 393.55, the report of the 'Heigh master for said :month showin; amount collected by
