definately. Mr. B.F.Campbell, Secy. of the Board of !Yater Improvement District No. One, of
;the City of Fayetteville, appeared before the Council and filed the reports of said District
for the years 1908 and 1909, the President Pro Tem appointed a Committee, composed of Aldermen
Sdur, Suttle &:Phillips to examine said reports and report ui�or the same_as soon as possible.
