I _- Ordinance No. 26 An Ordinance to prohibit hitching of any horse or other animal to any electric light, telephone or telegraph pole with- in the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Ark. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayette- ville, Ark. Section 1. That it shall be un. lawful for any person or persons to hitch or tie any horse or other animal to any electric light, tele- phone or telegraph pole wit ' the corporate limits of the of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Section 2. That any pe violatink the provisions of t Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon co viction shall be fined in any ' not less than (5.00) five dollars nor more thsn (15.00) fifteen dollars for each offence. Attest; Loy Bishop, City Clerk. 37 :1 The Committee appointed by the Mayor to draw up resolutions of regret on account of Alderman Braly's withdrawal intorduced the following resolution. 1 A petition requesting the Uity to order in side walks on Whithem Avenue was read ar:d referred to the Street Committee. On motion Council adjourned.
