Motion carried. Moved by Alderman Braly and seconded by Alderman Sour that when Mrs Davenport and. C.11/.Walker execute deeds to the City for a six foot strip of land on North side of Spring S}tre t An this City extending the full length of their property East and West conveying same to the I City for Street purposes_, that the City accept same and will -put in -a. sidewalk ( 4 ft.) wi, de along the North side of said Street. Yowed by- Alderman_ -Sour and seconded by Alderman Suttle that _the__property .owners _be_ _ all6wed to use a four inch pipe inside of property limits to.connect with Sewer pipe instead of an a six inch pipe which was -referred to Fire and water Committee for investigation.
