On motion ,of Alderman Braly the rules were suspended,, two-thirds of„the-Covncil.vot- ing _therefor, - and the _Ordinance was -read the second time,. _on _motion_of__Alderman.Braly_ the_rul.es ^era further suspended, tr,%o-thirds of the Council voting therefor and the_. Ordinance_ was read the I third time and placed upon its passage, The question being shall the Ordinance pass ?
