Wommack. Chairman Carl Yates called the meeting to order. The purpose of this meeting was to take action on the application of APPEAL 72-8 Whit Chevrolet, Appeal No. 72-8, for a variance. Chairman Yates WHIT CHEVROLET explained that David Malone, City Attorney, had informed him that the 2395 North Colles City surveyors had agreed with Mr. Wommack's surveyors as to the location of the Township line and street right-of-way line. Eventually 40 ft. each side of the Township line will be needed, but right now an additional 13 ft. or so is needed South of the Township line. Mr. Malone said the variance request would not affect the 40 ft. needed eventually. Roy Clinton moved that the application be granted as per petitioner's request for a setback of 50 ft. from the North property line. Susanne Lighton seconded. The motion passed unanimously to grant the variance. 0 The meeting was adjourned at 4:05 P.M. 0
