MINUTES OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

The Fayetteville Board of Adjustment met at 10:00 A.M., Monday,
June 8, 1970, in the Building Inspector's Office, City Administration
Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas,
Members Present: J. F. Robinson, Carl Yates.
Members Absent: Roy Clinton, J. F. Palmer.
Others Present: B. F. Rose, Harold Lieberens.
A quorum was not present for this meeting.

The purpose of this meeting was to hold a public hearing on the application
of B. F. Ross, 1441 South West Avenue, to erect a carport on the South side
of his ho off an existing garage. The proposed carport would come B.F. ROSS
within Ili of a side intersecting street (15th Street) rather than the 1441 S. WEST
15 foot required by ordinance.

There was no opposition present.
The public hearing was closed and the meeting was adjourned until
June 15., 1970, at 0• A.M. because no action could be taken without
a quorum present,
