MINUTES OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

The Board of Adjustment met at 4:00 P.M., Monday, October 20, 19692
in the Directors Room of the City Administration Building, Fayetteville,
Arkansas,
Members Present: J. F. Robinson, J. F. Palmer, Roy Clinton.
Members Absent: Ed Clement, Carl Yates.
Others Present: Stanley Allen Brown.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, J. F. Robinson.
The purpose of this meeting was to consider a petition for a
variance submitted by Stanley Allen Brown for property located
on the North side of Sandra Street and South of Old Farmington
Road,
Mr. Brown represented the petition. The variance requested was
for a 19 -foot front setback rather than the 35 -foot front setback
required by ordinance. Mr. Brown desires to build a roof over
an existing porch on the front of his house.
There being no objections and no further discussion the public
hearing was declared closed.
Roy Clinton made a motion to accept and approve the addition
to the Brown property on Sandra Street. J. F. Palmer seconded
the motion and it was approved unanimously.
Subsequent Board of Adjustment meetings are to be scheduled for
Monday mornings at 10:00 A.M.
The minutes of the September 22, 1969, meeting were approved as
mailed.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
