BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board of Adjustment met at 4:00 P. M., Monday, July 29, 1968, in the
Directors, Room of the City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Members Present: All members were in attendance.
Members Absent: 'None
Others Present: Walter Niblock, George Plybon, Sturman Mackey,
Harold Lieberens
The meeting was called to order by U. F. Robinson, Chairman.
Commonwealth R -F Corporation
The only item for discussion was a petition by CommonweMli R�r DoraJ-011
for an extension of time for comnletition of a drive-in movie on the coro-
oration's property. The extension requested is for a period of sixty (60)
days from August 6, 1968.
A brief discussion was held on the matter between Mr. Niblock, Me. Plybon,
and the Board of Adjustment members. During the discussion Mr. Niblock
presented an affidavit on the construction progress of the drive-in movie
which was considered by the Board members.
• Ending the discussion was a motion by J. F. Palmer and seconded by Carl Yates
to "grant the time extension of 60 days from August 6, 1968, to Commonwealth
R -F Corporatian."
The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 P. M.
