BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
The Board of Adjustment met at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 19, 1967,
in the Directors Room in the City Administration Building.
Members Present: J.F. Robinson, Carl Yates, Ed Clement, Wade
Fincher
Members Absent: J.F. Palmer
Others Present: Mrs. Lierly
The meeting was called to order by Chairman,J.F. Robinson.
Mrs Lierly proposed to erect a house on a lesser amount of land than MRS. LIERLY
required by the ordinance, although she owned enough land to fully
comply with ordinance requirements.
The applicant was excused.
After discussion by the Board members, it was decided that it was not
within the public interest to grant the request.
• On motion made by Ed Clement seconded by Carl Yates, the request was
unanimously denied.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
