BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
The Board of Adjustment met at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 11, 1967,
in the Directors Room in the City Administration Building.
Members Present: J.F. Robinson, J.F. Palmer, Ed Clement,
Carl Yates
Members Absent: Wade Fincher
Others Present: Mr. and Mrs. Massey
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, J.F. Robinson.
Mrs. Massey
Mr. and Mrs. Massey were asked if there was anything they wanted to add
to the application.
Mrs. Massey restated her wish to proceed with the construction and
renovation of a 4 unit apartment, and again pointed out the improvements
that she had made and proposed to make.
The Masseys were excused.
The Board members having inspected the premises were of the opinion
that it would not be contrary to public interest to issue a permit.
After further discussion, on motion made by J.F. Palmer, seconded by
Ed Clement and passed unanimously it was voted to approve the appli-
cation of Mrs. Massey.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
