The Board of Adjustment met in the City Council Room of the
Building at 0• p.m., Wednesday, August 4, 1965.
Members present: J. A* Pennington, James Kerlin and George Bowen.
Rembers absent: John L Smith and J. F. Robinson.

The parking location was the only problem. After discussion, the applicant
was dismissed.
On motion by James Pennington, seconded by James Kerlin, the Board of Adjustment
voted unanimously to waive the location requirement of the zoning ordinance for
off-street parking and to authorize the City Inspector to issue Steve Cummings
a building permit for the apartment building with offmIatreet parking in front
of the building as requested in his application.

were approved as written and
sailed to
the Hoard
of Adjustment
members.
