The Board of Adjustment met in ,: City Council Room of the City Administration

the application before the
Board be
presented.
Mrs. Harvey Rose explained to the Board members that she and her husband ,:
appeared before the Board to request permission to operate a day nursery at

Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas). She planned to keep 10

Also present were George Kinter and Kathleen McKinstry who were the real
estate agents for Mr. and Mrs. Rose. They had no objections and no other
interest other than as realtors.
Jo F. Robinson moved that the Board of Adjustment approve the request of Mr. :.,.
r4re. Harvey L. Ross for permission to operate a day nursery upon the property
located at • South College Avenue. The motion was seconded by J9 A. Pennington
and passed unanimously. There is, in the opinion of the Board members, a need
for such day nurseries,
