Others present: Burl McGinnis; Mrs. A. E. Brymer and Mrs. Loy Bailey. The meeting was called to•order by Chairman John I. Smith. The Chairman requested that the application of Burl McGinnis of'650 McClinton Street be heard first. Mr. McGinnis explained that the reason he found it difficult to comply with the zoning regulations was that the main part of the house was set too close to the back of the lot -which is too narrow. The Board had no questions as they understood the applicant's request. The applicant was dismissed, •.- The second and last application to be ard was that �f Mrs, Loy Bailay-and Kra. A. E. Brymer. Mrs* Bailey and Mrs. Brymer .._ operationthe property located at the southwest corner of Razorback Road and Center Street for the of a day nursery. The applicants stated that they wished to keep 20 children. The zoning regulationg require 1,000 square feet of lot area per child. The applicants propose 600 square feet of lot area per child. Both Mrs. Brymer and Mrs. Bailey pointed out that even though 20 children were enrolled, it does not mean that 20 children would ar each day Neither applicant lives in the house. The use would be merely an a day nursery and would be arranged with the children in mind. A white picket fence is proposip all around the yard except the porch in front which would be used as an entrane I for the parents. The property is leased from month to month. F. Robinson moved that the application of Mrs. A. E.
