• BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
The Board of Adjustment met in the City Council Chambers in the City
Administration Building on Tuesday, October 1, 1963, at 4:00 p.m. This
was a special called meeting.
Present: J. I. Smith, T. M. Schiewetz, J. F. Robinson, George Bowen and J. A.
Pennington, all being Board members. Also present was Harold E. Lieberenz,
City Building Inspector.
Chairman J. I. Smith called the special meeting to order. Mir. Smith
reported that the purpose of the meeting eras to approve the Board of
Adjustment minutes of August 23, 1963, and August 30, 1963, as written or
with corrections.
There was discussion had on the minutes of August 30.
After discussion, George Bowen moved that the Board of Adjustment approve
the minutes of August 23, 1963, and August 30, 1963, as written and mailed
to the Board members. The motion was seconded by J. F. Robinson and passed
unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
