BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
• The Board of Adjustment met on Friday, May 18, 1962, at 4:00 p.m. in the City
Council Room in the City Administration Building,
Present: Yx. J. I. Smith, Mr. G. Bowen, Mr. J. A. Pennington and Mr. J. F.
Robinson.
The special meeting was called to order by Chairman John I. Smith. The purpose
of this called meeting was to approve the minutes of the last meeting, May 11,
1962. After the members read the minutes, Mr. Bowen moved that the Board approve
the minutes of the May 112 1962, meeting as written. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Robinson and passed unanimously.
The purpose of the meeting having been accomplished, the meeting was adjourned.
