MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 3:30 p.m., August 17, 1960

The Board discussed
the questions of whether
or not they
should vote on an application
while the applicant is
present in the room.

visitors to leave
the room for
a roll call vote on the applications.

The vote indicated four
affirmative
and one negative,
therefore the procedure was
adopted that applicants
in the future
will leave the room for a roll call vote.
The Building
Inspector presented some of
the problems with which the Board will
be confronted
in enforcing the new
Zoning
Ordinance,
The Board discussed these problems at length, but no official action was made
pertaining to the problems.
