Mr. Lieberenz read the joint application of Mr. Clyde Taulby at 321 S.

The applicants wish to erect a double residential garage building that will
be closer to their side property lines than the five (5) feet required by the
Zoning Ordinance.

center of
the
garage sets
right
on
the propertyline. Mr. McChristian
uses
one side
and
Mr. Taulby
uses
the
other.
Mr. Young
asked Mr. McChristian
to give the Board
some reason why he
would like
to rebuild his part of the
garage.
isn't an attic,
Mr. McChristian stated
that the
lot is narrow, only
42 feet, it was that
size tvhen he bought it.
His home is only one story
and there
isn't an attic,
so therefore, he has no
storage
space in his house and has to
use the garage.
Mr. Young asked if he rebuilt his half of the garage, would it be any larger?
Mr. McChristian replied only one foot. Mr. Young stated that it would
be better to rebuild his garage now than later on, since it is in a bad shape
now.
Mr. McChiistian stated that the present building is a fire hazard and Mr.
Taulby had started to repair his half, but due to some conditions, he has
postponed finishing it.
There being no further discussion;.,roll was called and a vote indicated.
