Mr. Lieberenz stated that he did not have any additional information and
asked Mr. Hicks if he had any additional information about the property
• line.
Mr. Hicks
stated that he
had 'checked
on the abstract and the lot is 60 ft.
down and 90
feet. wide.
The lots the
other way are very long and very
deep. Mr.
Young asked
Mrs. Eason
how many rooms -were upstairs'.
Mr. Eason
replied there
were 2 very
small room$, but no bath room up-
stairs.
Mr. McGoodwin stated that it was almost impossible in this case to keep
20 feet from the front and 25 feet in the back and have room for much of
a house, as the lot is very shallow.
Mr. Hicks stated that if you build on the north you would have to go to
all the expense and build 2 rooms. Mr. Carter said that it appeared to
him that because of the arrangement of the rooms in the existing building
it wouldn't be such a good place to build it on the north. Mr. Young said
it would be just as easy to build to the north as to the back.
Mr. Hicks stated
you would
have to build an
extra
room. Mr.
Young said
it still looked like
a matter
of convenience to him.
He didn't
see why it
would cost more to
be built
to the north than
to the
rear.
