A meeting of the Board had been scheduled to hear the applications
of Mr. E. D. Rich, Abilene, Texas who has requested to build a
residence: on Skyline Drive and We 1'd Puska who requests permission
to build a concrete block garage closer to his west property line
than the five feet that is required by the ordinance.
Since there was not a quorum of members present the meeting was
postponed until May 73 1954, at 4:30 p.m.
