A. Increase discussion for 2004 T-Hangars required each November.
• ACTION:
B. Construction contract with Architectural Construction, Inc. to construct hangar,
access roadway, parking and utilities for the U. of A. corporate hangar.
ACTION: Recommend approval of the contract to the City Council. The
contract will be on the Nov. 18th City Council meeting if approved by the
Airport Board.
C. Arkansas Department of Aeronautics Grant for a 75/25 match for access
roadway, parking and utilities to serve the U. of A. corporate hangar. The grant is
part of the over all constriction project for the hangar. Grant was presented to the
Commission on November 12`h.
ACTION: Approve receiving a state grant in the amount of $43,820.00.
D. New Vision Concert payment.
ACTION: Accept $200.00 payment.
E. Arkansas Department of Aeronautics Grant for a 50/50 match for the self-
serve fueling project. Grant was presented to the Commission on November 12`h.
ACTION: Accept the state grant in the amount of $ 17,966.

We would like to thank the City of Fayetteville for allowing us to use the facilities at the
Drake Field Airport. Due to bad weather we did not have the turn out needed to be able to
pay the full amount for the location. We are asking to pay a lesser amount due to weather
conditions. Please accept this amount of $200.00 as this is all we were able to raise. We
hope this will not affect our relationship.
