Richard Alderman is finishing the drawings. • Marilyn talked to the school district about the Construction Manager they hired for school projects. Their advice was that we were too far along in the project to hire a • construction manager since a great deal of the cost savings was in working with the architect from the beginning. Kevin Crosson said he had talked with Charles Veneble and that the city can monitor the project on a daily basis and save money. NEW BUSINESS None INFORMATIONAL ITEMS Curtis Shipley reported that the Methodist Church had no immediate plans regarding the Brown Grocery Store and when and if they decided to do something, they would go through the process. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
