AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE XI ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION
COMMITTEE OF TITLE III ADMINISTRATION OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
CODE TO INCREASE THE MEMBERSHIP BY TWO AT-LARGE MEMBERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby amends
§33 .241 Membership; Terms (A) of the Fayetteville Code by amending the "six citizens-at-
large" provision to read "eight citizens-at-large" and repeals subsection (B)(2) in its entirety and
enacts a replacement subsection (B)(2) as follows:
"(13)(2) Terms of all other members shall be three years and shall be staggered so
that each year either three or four members' terms shall be available for
appointment by the Nominating Committee."
