Neighborhood shopping goods. allows numerous uses including: bicycle shops, grocery stores, laundromats, dry cleaners, video rental stores, drugstores, etc. which generate traffic, but do not allow outside sales; and WHEREAS, Recreational Vehicle Sales of scooters, motorcycles, ATVs, Personal watercraft and clothing accessories would be comparable to the existing allowed uses if no outside display or sales are permitted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby amends Chapter 162: Use Units, § 162.01 (0) Unit 15. Neighborhood Shopping Goods by adding Recreational Vehicle Sales to the Retail Trade table of allowed uses as shown on Exhibit "A" which is enacted as the replacement of the existing § 162.01 (0) Unit 15.
