RE: Ordinance to Exempt Cost-shares for Infrastructure Improvements
I have attached the proposed amendments to §34.23 to allow the City
to enter into cost-share agreements with developers and other
governmental units to achieve needed infrastructure improvements,
without the necessity of seeking Bid Waivers. Mr. Williams has discussed
this with you previously.
We also took the opportunity to reorganize the Code Section for
greater clarity. Other than the addition of the language contained in
subsection (B), however, no other changes were made to the remaining
language contained in §34.23.
