AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 4843
AND DISSOLVE THE CLEARWOOD CROSSING
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Clearwood Crossing Improvement District No. 14 of
Fayetteville, Arkansas was formed on March 7, 2006 by Ordinance No. 4843 ; and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance appointed Rick Hancock, Randy Ratliff and
Christine Hancock as the Commissioners for the Clearwood Crossing Improvement
District No. 14 of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners have determined that it is impractical to issue
infrastructure improvement bonds and by unanimous Resolution elected to dissolve the
District which has not conducted any business, entered into any contracts, nor issued any
bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby
repeals Ordinance No. 4843 and dissolves Clearwood Crossing Improvement District No.
14 of Fayetteville, Arkansas pursuant to the Resolution of the District's Commissioners
attached as Exhibit A.

RESOLUTION OF
CLEARWOOD CROSSING
MULTI-PURPOSE MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 14 OF
FAYETTEVILLE ARKANSAS
(the "District")
The following resolution was unanimously adopted by all of the commissioners of
the District:
WHEREAS, the District was formed pursuant to Ordinance No. 4843 as adopted
by the City of Fayetteville on March 7, 2006 for the purpose of financing certain of the
infrastructure improvements that benefit that 47 lot subdivision located in Fayetteville,
Arkansas and known as Clearwood Crossing; and
WHEREAS , the District's commissioners have realized that it has become
impractical to further consider the issuance of infrastructure improvement bonds; and
WHEREAS , the District has conducted no business, entered into no contracts,
issued no bonds and otherwise has not been involved in any other business or
development activity of any nature; and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Arkansas Code Annotated 14-94- 126 provide that
improvement districts may be dissolved and terminated upon the unanimous vote of the
members of a district's board of commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, as evidenced by their signatures below, the commissioners
of the District do hereby unanimously authorize the irrevocable and unconditional
dissolution, termination and discontinuation of the District and do hereby respectfully
request that the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas adopt an ordinance serving to irrevocably
and unconditionally dissolve, terminate and discontinue the District.
