AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §166.06, PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT (PZD), UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE, CODE OF
FAYETTEVILLE, TO PROVIDE FOR PLANNING COMMISSION
REVIEW OF ALL PZD MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLANS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
hereby repeals §§166.06 (C), (2) & (3), Unified Development Code, and inserts the
following in their stead:
(2) Zoning and Land Use Approval Only. For PZD
Master Development Plans that are processed without a request for
development approval, the Planning Commission shall hold a
public hearing and make recommendations to the City Council on
the proposed request.
(3) Zoning, Land Use and Development Approval. PZD
Master Development Plans that are processed with a preliminary
plat or large scale development shall follow the procedures for
large scale development and preliminary plat approval through the
Planning Commission when processed concurrently as set forth in
Chapter 166 of the UDC.
