That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby amends Chapter 34 of the Code of Fayetteville, §34.27 (H) (1) and Ordinance No. 4358 by adding the following definition of Industrial Park Land to paragraph (H) (1) after the first sentence: "Industrial park land includes all of the land in and around the South Industrial Park as specifically identified within the black bold line on the map attached as Exhibit A."
