AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM
THE DEDICATION OF ALL PUBLIC STREETS
AND ALLEYS PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED BY THE
FAYETTEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Planning Commission after review of reports
from the Public Works and Urban Development Departments have accepted
dedications of numerous public streets and alleys when approving final plats,
large scale developments, and other documents; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville wishes to formally accept and confirm
all such dedications of said streets and alleys pursuant to A.C.A. §14-301-102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
hereby accepts all streets and alleys located in Fayetteville that have been
previously approved and accepted as dedications by the Fayetteville Planning
Commission. The City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas confirms its
acceptance of all such streets and alleys dedicated by developers/ owners to the
City which have been approved by the Fayetteville Planning Commission.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 201h day of November, 2001 .
