That Chapter 160, Zoning Districts of the Unified Development Ordinance, shall be amended to include RMF-6, RMF- 12 and RMF- 18 as follows: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2. That Chapter 161 , Zoning Regulations of the Unified Development Ordinance, shall be amended to include § 161 .061 DISTRICT RMF-6 : LOW DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL as follows: See Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3. That Chapter 161 , Zoning Regulations of the Unified Development Ordinance, shall be amended to include, § 161 .062 DISTRICT RMF- 12 : MODERATE DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL as follows: See Exhibit "C" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
