AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 3875 TO
i CHANGE THE NAME OF THE JUVENILE CONCERNS
COMMITTEE TO YOUTH ADVOCACY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the members of the Juvenile Concerns Committee believe the
committee should be renamed as the Youth Advocacy Committee to better reflect the
work and purpose of the committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That Ordinance Number 3875 is hereby amended to change the
name of the Committee from Juvenile Concerns Committee to Youth Advocacy
Committee wherever the name is referenced throughout the ordinance.
