AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REQUIREMENTS OF
CHAPTER 159: FEES, OF THE CODE OF FAYETTEVILLE, TO
WAIVE THE NON- RESIDENTIAL LARGE SCALE
DEVELOPMENT FEE FOR THE PLACEMENT OF ABOVE '
GROUND FUEL STORAGE TANKS AT DRAKE FIELD BY
WINGS AIR, INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . The requirements of Chapter 159: Fees, of the Code of Fayetteville, are hereby
amended to waive the non-residential large scale development fee for the placement of above ground
fuel storage tanks at Drake Field by Wings Air, Inc.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5d' day of September 2000.
