BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1 . That Chapter 111 : Alcoholic Beverages, Section 111 .06, Prohibited Activities/Waming Notice, of theCode of Fayetteville, is hereby amended to add the following: § 111 .06 Prohibited Activities/Waming Notice. (E).
