AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 161 , ZONING
REGULATIONS, SECTION 161 .21 , DESIGN OVERLAY
DISTRICT, OF THE CODE OF FAYETTEVILLE, TO DELETE
CERTAIN REGULATIONS WHICH ARE PROVIDED FOR IN
OTHER SECTIONS OF THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
S .tom ion 1 . That Chapter 161 , Zoning Regulations, § 161 .2 1 , Design Overlay District, of the
Code of Fayetteville, is hereby amended to delete Section 161 .21 D. Nonresidential Site Design and
Development Standards, Subsections 1 . Setback from Right-of-Way; 3. Parking Lots; 4.
Landscaping Treatment, a. Replacement and b. Native Species; 8. Screening, a. Equipment, b.
Trash and c. Parking; 12.Utilities; and 16. Plans/Drawings Required, a.- f., including illustrations.
