A ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EMINENT DOMAIN
PROCEEDINGS FOR THE CITY TO OBTAIN LAND OWNED
BY RUTH A. MORRIS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER BOOSTER STATION
THEREON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Sgct*on 1 . That the City Council authorizes and directs the City Attorney of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas to initiate legal action in order to obtain land as more fully set forth in
the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" for the purpose of a water booster station
thereon.
