AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 91 : AIRPORTS
AND AIRCRAFT, SECTION 91 .01 , LANDING FEES, OF THE
CODE OF FAYETTEVILLE, TO PROVIDE LANDING FEES
FOR SIGNATORY AND NON-SIGNATORY CARRIERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That Chapter 91 : Airports and Aircraft, §91 .01 , Landing Fees, of the Code
of Fayetteville, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted in its stead:
§91 .01 LANDING FEES.
The following landing fees shall be payable for the use of drake filed by
aircraft to conduct air operations as an air carrier engaged in air transportation:
A. Signatory Carriers. Signatory carriers shall pay such rates as are
negotiated from time to time for all signatory carriers. Signatory carriers are those
airlines who have entered into a lease agreement with the airport.
B. Non-signatory carriers shall pay rates as follows:
1 . General. Non-signatory carriers shall pay twice the signatory
landing fee, per operation.
2. Multiple Daily Landings. For aircraft making multiple daily
landings, the airport manager is authorized to execute an airport use agreement
providing for a landing fee, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, regardless
of the actual number of landings.
