AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION RZ98-2.00 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 5 .20 ACRES LOCATED
NORTH OF WEDINGTON, WEST OF SALEM ROAD
REQUESTED BY KURT JONES, NORTHWEST ENGINEERS ON
BEHALF OF SAM ROGERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
RZ98-2.00 for the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From R-2, Medium Density Residential District to R-O, Residential Office District.
Section 2. That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

and 287.23 feet South from the Northeast comer of said Southwest quarter of the Fractional
Northwest Quarter, said point being on the West right-of-way of Salem Road, and running south
with said right-of-way 54.97 feet; thence South 05 degrees 42 minutes 38 seconds West, 100.50 feet;
