AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION RZ97-22. 10 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 6.35 ACRES LOCATED ON
WEDINGTON DRIVE REQUESTED BY SHAHRYAR
KHAJEHNAJAFI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 , That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
RZ 97-22. 10 for the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From A- 1 , Agricultural District to R-O, Residential-Office District.
Section 2. That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 16 North, Range
31 West, in Washington County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows;
beginning at a point South 00 degrees 08 minutes 16 seconds East 659.81 feet from the Northwest
comer of said 40 acre tract, said point being a found iron pin; thence South 00 degrees 13 minutes
55 seconds East 660. 19 feet to the South line of said 40 acre tract; thence along said South line south
88 degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds East 418.96 feet; thence leaving said South line North 00 degrees
18 minutes 10 seconds West 333.36 feet to a found iron pin; thence North 326.83 feet to a set iron
pin; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds West 419.87 feet to the point of beginning
containing 6.35 acres more or less and being subject to a road easement on the South side.
This conveyance is contingent upon a reservation of a right-of-way easement in favor of Grantors,
and their heirs and assigns, for purposes of ingress and egress to and from, over, upon and along the
same for purposes of access to other lands situated adjacent to the above-described property, with
said easement more particularly described as follows: 25 feet of equal and uniform width on either
side of a line beginning 209 feet from the Southwest corner of the above-described real estate and
