AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 51 . 114 OF THE
CODE OF FAYETTEVILLE TO REVISE WATER AND SEWER
CONNECTION FEES AND ESTABLISH FEES TO RECOVER
CITY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH WATER AND SEWER
CONNECTION INVOLVING STATE OR FEDERAL
HIGHWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That §51 . 114, Water, Sewer Tap Connection Fees, Subsection (A), of the
Code of Fayetteville, shall be deleted and the following inserted in its stead:
§51 . 114 Water, Sewer Tap Connection Fees.
(A) All service connections made on city owned water and sewer mains
shall be made by the water and sewer department. Such connections shall be made
upon payment to the city of the following fees:
See Exhibit "A" Attached hereto and made a part hereof.

I, RANDALL COPE, hereby certify that I am the publisher of THE
