AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO BRING,
CONSUME OR ALLOW TO BE BROUGHT OR CONSUMED,
INTOXICANTS OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN
COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS PERMITTING THE
EXPOSURE OF SPECIFIED ANATOMICAL AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
$ectiol. That no person shall bring into or consume or allow to be brought into or
allow to be consumed intoxicants or alcoholic beverages of any kind, in any commercial
establishment, or business, which suffers or permits any person to appear on the premises in such
manner or attire as to expose to view any portion of the pubic area, anus, vulva, or genitals or any
simulation thereof, or suffers or permits any female to appear on the premises in such manner or
attire as to expose to view any portion of her breast below the top of the areola or any simulation
thereof.
Section 2. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be subject to the
general penalties as set out in § 10.99 of the Code of Fayetteville.

I, RANDALL COPE, hereby certify that I am the publisher of THE
