AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 72, PARKING
REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF FAYETTEVILLE, TO
PROVIDE THE FEE FOR LONG TERM PARKING PERMITS
AT LONG TERM PARKING METERS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Chapter 72, Parking Regulations, of the Code of Fayetteville, is
hereby amended to add:
§72 .58 (H)(3) Long Term Parking Permits for use
at long term parking meters shall be
$24.00 per month.
