AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION RZ96- 15 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 3 .63 ACRES LOCATED
NORTH OF HIGHWAY 16W (WEDINGTON ROAD) AND
WEST OF 59TH AVENUE REQUESTED BY MELANIE
STAFFORD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
RZ96- 15 for the real property described in Exhibit "A " attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From A- 1 , Agricultural District to R-A, Low Density Residential District.
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

Beginning at a point that is East 308 .75 feet from the Southwest corner of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11 , said point of
beginning being on the South line of said 40 acre tract; thence N 1004' E 453 .0
feet; thence East 349 .3 feet; thence S 1004' W 453 .0 feet to the South line of said
