CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF LEVERETT AND
SYCAMORE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC
SIGNAL POLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the City Council hereby authorizes and directs the city attorney of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas to initiate legal action in order to obtain fee simple title to
the property described below:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
