AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33791
§51 . 115(D) OF THE CODE OF FAYETTEVILLE, SETTING
FORTH CONNECTION FEES FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
TIEING ONTO NEW SEWER LINES ON EAST
SHADOWRIDGE DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance No. 3379 codified at §51- 115(D) of the Code of
Fayetteville is hereby amended by repealing §51 . 115(D) and replacing the following in its
stead:
(D) East Shadowridge Drive. If a property owner connects to the on-site sewer
line along East Shadowridge Drive within 120 days from the date of passage of
this ordinance (18th June, 1996), the property owner shall pay an extension fee
of $1 ,000. If connection is made after said 120 day period, the extension fee
shall be $1 ,400.00. §51 . 110 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances shall not
apply to property owners on East Shadowridge Drive.
