ORDINANCE NO. 3923
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION R95-30 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 6. 10 ACRES LOCATED ON
NORTH TOWNSHIP ROAD AND WEST OF VILLA
BOULEVARD AS REQUESTED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF
ARKANSAS FOUNDATION , INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
R95-30 for the real property described in Exhibit "A " attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From R-O, Residential Office, A- I Agricultural, and C-2 Thoroughfare
Commercial to C- 1 Neighborhood Commercial District.
Section 2. That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of September 1995 .
