AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN
REZONING PETITION R95-21 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING
APPROXIMATELY 17.01 ACRES LOCATED SOUTH SIDE OF WEST
19TH STREET, REQUESTED BY DON ENGLAND, SR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is
hereby changed as follows:
R95-21 for the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
From I- 1 , Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial District to R- 1 .5, Moderate
Density Residential District.
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.
