BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City Council hereby authorizes and directs the city attorney of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas to initiate legal action in order to obtain permanent and temporary construction easements to construct an underground drainage structure in conjunction with street and associated improvements in the southeast target area. Said property is owned by Virginia Cravens and is described more particularly as follows: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of November 1994.
